And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us? But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.

Exodus 14:5&9

The children of Israel were delivered from bondage but their slave masters would not let them be. They made frantic efforts to bing them back to their slavery. You might have been saved from the world, sin, sickness, bad habits, bad friends, demonic oppression, and other power of the devil. But the devil will not just sit back and accept defeat. He will continue to make efforts to bring you under his dominion. He will send you old friends to try to lure you back to sin. They will blackmail, threaten and laugh at you.

That is the much they can do. Stand your ground. Do not give in. He will send symptoms of that sickness, do not fear or think it has come back. You may have dreams that shows demonic manipulation or attacks again after God has delivered you from them. It is the usual trick of the devil and we are not ignorant of his devices. We can predict his moves. That’s how he always does it.
Stand your ground in the Lord. Remember that, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (John 8:36). Remember that Jesus who is the author of your faith is still the perfecter. He will not leave you alone to fight the enemy he has delivered you from. He causes you to triumph always (2Cor 2:14). Refuse to believe that the devil has overpowered you again. Stand on your faith that the God that delivered you did a perfect job in your life. Believe that you are free indeed and cannot be in bondage again. “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage” (Gal 5:1). If you exercise your faith this way, the devil will flee from you.

Father I thank you for causing me to triumph always

The Son of God has made me free, I am free indeed. I refuse to be under the yoke of bondage anymore
I have perpetual victory over the devil and his cohorts in Jesus Name
Now pray in the spirit and pray for the church too.
