And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause

JOB 2:3

Integrity is steadfast adherence to a strict moral code or ethical code. These days it is becoming increasingly difficult to find people with integrity. Even in the church, many people are fair-weather friends. They will only worship and praise the Lord when success comes their way. In the days of adversity, they are quick to deny God and give up on him. With a little persuasion, they deny the faith and cut corners. Of a truth, the bible predicts that. But it was predicted for our warning so that we will do the right thing. Job was not a fair-weather friend. God testified to his integrity.

After you have been saved, God wants you to move on into experiencing Him through His Word and Spirit until you come to a perfect knowledge of Him (1Tim 2:4). This guarantees your spiritual maturity, stability and authority (1Pet 5;10). This is however achieved through adversity. When the Word of God’s grace (which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among them that are sanctified) comes to you, and you understand it and received it with joy, it attracts adversity. In Matt 13:21 Jesus hints that persecution or tribulations come because of the word. Satan hates it when God’s word enters your spirit because that would guarantee your walking in the manifestation of the victory that Christ has won over him for you. That’s why he brings adversity as soon as you receive the word into your spirit.

Integrity, however, will cause you not to jump ship when tried. Integrity will make you wait on God’s word until your miracle appears. By integrity, you will not cook record in the office or cut corners, because you understand and want to stand with the Word that God is your sufficiency. If you stand with the Word long enough, the Word will cause you to stand out

Thank you, Father, for the grace for integrity

Father, I repent of all the instances that I fell short of your standard

Father I have made up my mind to walk in integrity, I now obtain grace to do so

Father let the grace for unyielding integrity once more prevail and be abundantly present in your church

Father give this country’s leaders and people with integrity
